Research Team
Ansgar Zerfass is full professor of communication management is Professor of Communication Management at the University of Leipzig. Prior to this, he worked in management positions at various companies and institutions for more than ten years. He earned a university degree and doctorate in business administration and holds a postdoctoral lecture qualification in communication science. He is author and editor of 14 books and numerous articles on corporate communication and interactive communication and received several awards both for his academic work and his communication campaigns.
Swaran Sandhu is research assistent and PhD student at the Department for Sociology and Communication Science at the University Lucerne, Switzerland. Prior to his research he worked as Head of Innovation and Research Management at a state consultancy, focussing on IT and media strategy. He holds a Master’s degree in Communication Science from the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart as well as a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University. His main research fields are strategic communication and innovation management, management sociology and information technology.
Philip Young is senior lecturer in Journalism and Public Relations at the University of Sunderland, UK. He runs the Mediations weblog on PR and ethics and did a series of lectures in the U.K on Delivering the New PR.
